In Fall 2024, I led the end-to-end launch of Route’s Returns Coverage product — a new tool designed to bring peace of mind to shoppers and simplify returns for merchants. To ensure the product met real-world needs, I conducted product discovery conversations with over a dozen merchants, surfacing critical insights that directly influenced feature prioritization and product design.
Post-development, I spearheaded the go-to-market strategy and launch campaign, crafting messaging, positioning, and multi-channel assets to drive awareness and adoption. The result: a high-impact rollout that generated several million dollars in pipeline within the first 30 days, validating market demand and setting the stage for long-term growth.
