PREFERRED SHIPPING LAUNCH.

I quarterbacked the launch of Preferred Shipping, a critical new product developed in response to an industry-wide protocol update—delivered from concept to launch in under two weeks. With compliance on the line, I led cross-functional efforts across product, marketing, customer success, and legal to ensure we not only met the mandate but turned it into a strong customer experience.

The launch included a strategic mix of 10+ marketing touchpoints, including emails, blogs, website updates, new sales and customer support materials, social posts, and more, crafted to clearly communicate the change, educate users, and highlight the benefits of the upgraded shipping protection. As a result, we successfully migrated our eligible user base, maintained full compliance, and preserved high customer satisfaction and retention through a major operational shift.
